Jacquelyn Hackett, MS, RDN
Jacquelyn is a Registered Dietitian & Certified Personal Trainer.
She aims to optimize health through a holistic approach applying intuitive eating and lifestyle coaching. She empowers clients to break free from the diet mindset and discover a new revolutionary view to long lasting health and wellness without restrictive diets or extreme exercise programs. Her goal is to help you form a healthier, happier relationship with food. The founding principle of her practice is finding and sustaining long term wellness though balance and freedom from diets.

How it Works
An initial session will include a thorough assessment of your overall health, weight history, social history, medical history, lifestyle, nutrient requirements and current relationship with food.
Whether you choose to come meet for just a few visits or request more extensive follow-up, you will be empowered with the knowledge and confidence to make life-altering changes in your eating habits, meet your health goals and prevent and/or treat chronic diseases!
Initial Session: 90 minutes.......... $125
Follow Up: 30 minutes................ $60
